My name is Michelle Albed from Albed Rug Company in Wayne ,pa .
We our a third generation in our families 104 business .
My father Raymond J Albed was won of the founders of ORRA .
I have a very good customer who has a second home in Sea Island Ga , we had a large new grass design rug shipped to her and the was a small slit in the rug , damage thru the shipping and a few dirt marks .
I can send photos , I was wondering if your business offers repairs for this damage and if it could be done in house .
It is a medium blue grass design India ( repair is small )
